Celery, or how to boost the subtle smell to seduce the ladies

Even though the aphrodisiac properties of the celery have been considered a myth for a long time, it turns out that celery has many benefits for the sexual and overall health.

Not only raw celery has been the remedy against impotence for centuries, but it also contains androsterone, a natural hormones that is usually produced in males to attract females. The androsterone is a male pheronomone which scent boosts female attraction towards men.

A recipe on how to cook to seduce

This recipe is very simple and low cost and yet it will have great romantic results. A must-do recipe, especially after all the heavy food you have probably eaten during Christmas time. This simple recipe will give you enough energy to face the cold nights while boosting romance and passionate encounters. Are you ready for your date this weekend?

Ingredients

  • 1 celery root (peeled)
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 packs of anchovies (oil-packed)
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 150g of Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tbspoon of lemon juice
  • 8 tbspoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 slices of country-style bread

Preparation

Cut the bread into little pieces (small squares) and remove the crust.

Preheat the oven to 400C. Toss the bread with 2 tbspoons of oil on a baking sheet (and season it).  Make sure to bake the bread for 8 to 10 minutes until it becomes golden brown.

Slice the celery roots thinly and cover it in a bowl with water. Add the lemon juice.

Mix together the egg yolk, the peeled garlic, lemon juice and one anchovy fillet. Use a blender until it becomes smooth.  Once it has acquired the best texture, softly add 3 tbspoons of oil and 1 1/2 tbsp. of water and another 3 tbsp. of oil (with salt and pepper) while you continue to use the blender.

Drain the water from the celery. In a big bowl toss the other 2 anchovies add the celery  roots, the celery leaves, the parmesan, the croutons of bread and the dressing.
